Hallmark House, Bradford

Challenge: Having provided marketing support to agents DHP on many properties we were invited to help with this iconic listed building.

Solution: In the first instance we pushed Hallmark House and land as a single plot but a high valuation required a different approach. In the second push, we split the building and land into Hallmark House and Hallmark Gardens brochure and microsites. This approach enabled the agents to achieve the client’s expectations of value.

Pavilion Business Park, Leeds

Challenge: We were asked by the agents to provide marketing support for this existing office scheme which needed a branding refresh and updated property particulars.

Solution: After discussions with the agents we understood the brand positioning and were able to produce several logo options. Using the chosen logo we then produced a scheme brochure pdf which the agents now use in response to inquiries.

Market St, Blackpool

Challenge: This landmark seafront building is to be completely refurbished and we were asked to provide the marketing for the available leisure space.

Solution: After discussions with the agents and client we understood the brand positioning they were looking to achieve, which enabled us to create some logo ideas. After agreeing the logo we then worked up a scheme brochure pdf with detailed plans, maps and infographics – the cgi’s were provided by the architects. Throughout the development phase, the brochure pdf is regularly updated and refreshed to demonstrate the momentum of this prime leisure development.

Challenge: Having worked with Wilton on many developments including city centre offices and warehouse / industrial schemes, we were asked to provide the marketing for this new warehouse / industrial scheme.

Challenge: Having worked with Network Space on other developments, we were asked to provide the marketing for this new industrial/warehouse development at Worksop.

Solution: After discussions with the client and agents we understood the brand position for this development which enabled us to produce some logo concepts. We then worked up a scheme brochure, signage and a scheme website mantonwood.co.uk. Initial interest in the development is considerable and infrastructure entrance work has been completed in readiness.

St James Retail Park, Norton

Challenge: Working with St James Securities on several of their retail park developments led to being asked to help with the marketing of this new scheme.

Solution: Using clean and simple design we developed a simple scheme logo and a 5 page brochure detailing this retail parks selling points through infographics, maps, plans and images. Early commitment was secured and construction is underway. Only one unit is now remaining available.

Solution: Using clean and simple design we developed a simple logo and a 5 page brochure detailing the properties selling points through infographics, maps, plans and images. Early interest in the unit is being considered.

Templars Medical

Challenge: Templars Medical Recruitment wanted to develop a clear brand voice, design a new website and manage a social media campaign

Solution: Working with Templars was a pleasure as they were very receptive to suggestions and wanted to be challenged about the Brand Voice they used in all forms of marketing. The website development and design took a few months to tease out as we worked with all the senior team and some external parties including NHS. We are now working on an ongoing campaign of social media marketing as Templars push their profile into Europe – which involves targeting doctors in Spain and Portugal using Facebook. The advertising spend is tracked so everyone can see which adverts/target audiences are providing the best return on investment.
