Challenge: Templars Medical Recruitment wanted to develop a clear brand voice, design a new website and manage a social media campaign
Solution: Working with Templars was a pleasure as they were very receptive to suggestions and wanted to be challenged about the Brand Voice they used in all forms of marketing. The website development and design took a few months to tease out as we worked with all the senior team and some external parties including NHS. We are now working on an ongoing campaign of social media marketing as Templars push their profile into Europe – which involves targeting doctors in Spain and Portugal using Facebook. The advertising spend is tracked so everyone can see which adverts/target audiences are providing the best return on investment.
