Challenge: Having worked with Wilton on many developments including city centre offices and warehouse / industrial schemes, we were asked to provide the marketing
for this new warehouse / industrial scheme.
Solution: After discussions with the client and agents we understood the brand position for this development which enabled us to produce some logo concepts. We then worked up a scheme brochure, signage for the units. Initial interest in the units has been significant and we expect early commitment.
