fusion-text-1\"><p>The Swan is a luxury boutique hotel situated at the South end of Lake Windermere, with excellent access onto the A590 which links onto the M6.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel sites in an enviable position fronting the River Leven. It has proven track as one of the leading hotels in the lake district, with a strong all year round business, which has been profitable for many years.<\/p>\n<p>Bh Group acquired the hotel in January 2020 and have invested over \u00a37.5m into the hotel extending it by 30 beds and creating a market leading spa.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel now boasts 83 bedrooms and 4 3 and 4 bedroom cottages. There is a interesting mix of staff, in particular the age range, all of which were very professional and friendly.
